In order for a child to be considered for admission, the following must be submitted:
- A completed Application for Admission with a the non-refundable application fee.
- A copy of the child's birth certificate. Please note: All students MUST meet the September 1 birthday deadline as dictated by Illinois law. No exceptions will be made.
- A copy of the baptismal certificate if Catholic and not baptized at St. Luke Church (if applicable).
- For students registering in grades 1 through 8: a copy of the academic transcript from the previous school.
Additional requirement for Preschool: Applicants must be potty trained before the start of school.
